CHS Year 7 and 8 students have the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Language Perfect World Championships!
- Students will compete with other students from around the world during the competition which runs from 16 – 26 May. Students can compete from either from a computer of using the apps for iPad/iPhone/Android devices
- Students can log in using their normal Language Perfect logins and click the ‘World Championship’ link to enter
- Everyone can participate and go in the draw to win individual and school prizes by gaining points and credits. Prizes range from iTunes vouchers, iPods, iPads to a grand prize of a Macbook Air!
- Students can participate in any language to gain points (not just Spanish). The languages available are:
- Arabic, Greek, Indonesian, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Malay, French, Japanese, Maori, German, Latin, Russian
- Students can login as many times as they like over the 10 day event. A time limit of 8 hours in any 24 hour period applies.
The Spanish room in Building C will be open for some lunchtime Language Perfect World Championship sessions during the competition. Please speak to your Spanish teacher for more information!
