Our four year School Strategic Plan outlines the school’s vision, goals and targets in terms of learning and achievement, student engagement and wellbeing, and student pathways into, through and beyond the school. This work is underpinned by the Department of Education’s (DET) ‘Framework for Improving Student Outcomes’.
Over the past three years the academic achievement of students has increased each year with our median VCE Study Score increasing from 28 in 2015 to 29 in 2016 to 30 in 2017 and to 33 in 2018 and our NAPLAN results have also improved year on year. In addition, the results and responses on the annual DET Parent Opinion Survey show that parents are, on the whole, highly satisfied with the school and the positive outcomes in all variables on the survey are well above the state average for schools.
During 2020 we will comprehensively review our performance as a school over the past four years and will develop the next whole-school Strategic Plan for 2021-2024.
One of our core values is Excellence and we continue to strive to achieve even greater levels of student learning excellence.
For reference, below are copies of the current School Strategic Plan (2017 – 2020) and the Annual Implementation Plan (for 2020).
